14 Sep Miller Foundation Welcomes New Trustee Annette Kashiwabara
LONG BEACH, CA – The Board of Trustees of the Earl B. and Loraine H. Miller Foundation is pleased to welcome Annette Kashiwabara as a new Trustee.
Annette currently serves as Executive Director for the Assistance League® of Long Beach, an organization celebrating 80 years transforming the lives of children and adults through community programming. Prior to this, Annette was Executive Vice President of the California Conference for Equality and Justice, and will be honored as a recipient of their 2020 Humanitarian Award.
Additionally, Annette serves on the boards of the Long Beach Community Foundation the CSULB 49er Foundation and served on the Board for the Community Hospital of Long Beach. She has also donated her time as a community volunteer for many years.
Annette holds a B.S. degree in Nursing from CSULB and a Master’s degree in Nursing from UCLA. She also earned her Fund Development Certificate from UCI.
Annette resides in Long Beach with her husband Marty Isozaki.
